  Particulate_234th_method 200L of coastal Gulf surface water off the Seawall (21st Pier) in Galveston Texas was collected and filtered through pre-cleaned 0.5 um (median pore size) prefilter and 0.4um Nuclepore cartridges connected in series.

  Comments sampling dates denoted as "spring" "summer" and "winter" and estimated as months 5 7 and 12 respectively
